Description
The Green Buddha – 1955
An international crime duo steal a priceless ‘Green Buddha’ antique from a London gallery. The duo fall-out and one forces pilot Wayne Morris to fly to Glasgow. During the flight, the two men struggle and the plane crashes. Morris then sets out to find the Buddha and claim the reward. During his search, he meets and falls in love with nightclub singer Vivien Blake. The chase to reclaim the Buddha ends up at the ill-fated Battersea Funfair in London.
