Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Refunds and Replacements.
Occasionally things can be damaged in transit or a disc might fail.
If you receive a damaged or faulty disc please contact MRF and a tested replacement will be posted to you at no extra charge.
You will not normally be required to return the damaged item. Photographic evidence may be requested.
A refund will be given if we cannot resolve the issue for you.
